Elevate Greatness is a Not For Profit organization created to empower our youth to make healthy and sound decisions for their future endeavors.
Our primary focus is to educate, empower and encourage students to create their own journey as they choose the paths that are best suited for them; may it be college, vocational, entrepreneurial, philanthropic, etc.
The mission is to provide our students with the tools necessary to ensure that they have a level playing field to compete in the marketplace upon graduating high school.
We do this by, first, focusing on the Social Emotional Learning (SEL) aspect of their education, as we know that this is essential to their success. Then, we serve as a bridge to create opportunities for early exposure in their desired career fields.
ELEVATED CONVERSATIONS
Many students never get the opportunity to speak to high net worth men & women about how they obtained their wealth. Our workshops are tailored to connect students to successful business owners, professional athletes and industry professionals.
TAKE FLIGHT
Our hands on activities provides students the opportunity to earn valuable experience by working with industry professionals to get an inside look at the careers they aspire to pursue.
PEACE CIRCLES
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning. We provide students a safe space to express their thoughts and feelings among their peers. Honest communication, conflict resolution and community building are the pillars of our peace circle workshops.

The goal is to share best practices, discuss current trends in education as it specifically relates to black and brown students, and to figure out ways in which we can work together to positively impact the education of our students moving forward.
