Where Education, Storytelling & Youth Leadership Converge
Who we are
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to redesign schools and youth-serving ecosystems with, not for, youth, making their leadership the foundation for lasting change.
OUR VISION
A world where youth leadership is not exceptional, it is inevitable. Where schools and communities are built with young people, power flows to those closest to the challenges, and every young person steps fully into authorship of their life and their world.
HOW CHANGE HAPPENS
IF
youth-serving ecosystems engage in intentional redesign by centering youth insight and elevating their full lived experience as data and strategy,
AND
those ecosystems build accountable community-based partnerships that place real power in the hands of young people,
THEN
these future-defining leaders will be equipped to fully step into authorship and ownership of their lives and communities to create the change that reality demands.
ELEVATED CONVERSATIONS
Many students never get the opportunity to speak to high net worth men & women about how they obtained their wealth. Our workshops are tailored to connect students to successful business owners, professional athletes and industry professionals.
TAKE FLIGHT
Our hands on activities provides students the opportunity to earn valuable experience by working with industry professionals to get an inside look at the careers they aspire to pursue.
PEACE CIRCLES
Education happens within the context of a larger community. Our approach extends beyond the school to help ensure students have the necessary support to do their best learning. We provide students a safe space to express their thoughts and feelings among their peers. Honest communication, conflict resolution and community building are the pillars of our peace circle workshops.
IMPACT ELEVATED
“Overall, Elevate Greatness provided our students with real conversations, while simultaneously helping them plan for their future.”
— Alexia Gist, Assistant Principal of Instruction / Butler College Preparatory High School
