ELEVATED CONVERSATIONS

In 2019, our students spoke passionately about exploring post secondary options that did not require going to college. They wanted to learn about things like real estate, the fashion industry, different trades, etc. That's when we got the idea to pull from our network to connect our students to successful black and brown professionals who dominate the fields that they expressed interest in. 

Every 1st Wednesday of every month, we host an exclusive, in person panel that highlights one desired niche market and engage in, what we call, ELEVATED CONVERSATIONS. At the end of the day, our students need to see more professionals who look like them, walk the same streets as them, and understand them. They need to KNOW that success also looks like them, and that success is not linear and can be achieved in a variety of ways.
