Tamara Taylor, widely known as Thee Mastermind or Tam for short, is a Chicago native with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami. Being super curious, and never quite finding
her niche, she explored diverse career opportunities in different cities upon graduating. 

One specifically was a position as a Sales, Profit, and Operations Management Coach in southern California. It was during this time that she refined her skills by helping organizational units implement operationally efficient processes to reach
their performance goals. Having a life changing experience that sparked her boycott of working in Corporate America, and serendipitously meeting a creative who could benefit from her unique skill set, switching lanes to entrepreneurship was inevitable. She founded her management company and built a roster representing some of the most sought after artists in fashion and beauty.
Tam is the CEO of Mastermind Management Group where she and her team offer unprecedented management strategies while advocating for creative entrepreneurs. In an industry where it was rare for celebrity glam and grooming artists to have managers, Tam pioneered this sector by creating more efficient
processes and securing more equitable deals for her deserving clients. Time would only prove her capabilities and unique approach to representation as she ditched traditions and welcomed the changing landscape of social media and technology to enhance the services she was providing to her elite artists.

Over the years, her growing relationships presented doors of opportunity; but it was Tam’s tenacity that endowed her with the confidence and strength to open and walk through them. MMG has since grown to include not only glam/talent management and brokering services, but event coordination, business consulting, and glam coordination for production projects as well. Her dauntless drive coupled with her artists’ talent has allowed her to provide services for a host of A-list celebrities, record labels, and film/television studios as well as curate partnerships with world renowned brands. Tam’s fearlessness and natural knack for problem solving has led her to pursue other entrepreneurial endeavors in fields such as real estate, travel, tangible asset management, and the restaurant industry. A member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, Tam embodies leadership with a servant’s heart. She is a founding board member of the not-for-profit organization, Elevate Greatness, whose mission is to empower
and encourage students to create their own journey as they pursue their post-secondary education goals. Still in the early stages of her career, Tam has made it clear that her every move is filled with passion and commitment. Her mastermind mentality has allowed her to remain one step ahead of herself and others as she continues to grow into her purpose. She is the definition of a go getter who approaches every hurdle with hard work, resilience, and hustle.
Professionally, Tam’s goal is to continue to scale MMG while maintaining a track record of representing the most elite and sought after multi hyphenate artists in the industry. Her biggest flex, however, is that she is not afraid to fail. Though she has proven to be one to watch, she has yet to reach her peak.
